The property is splendidly landscaped with almond, mango, palm and banana trees, cacti, and a myriad of tropical flower species. The villa includes a40-foot blue-tiled lap pool with a bougainvillea-covered trellis.

Bonnes Chances epitomizes indoor-outdoor living. You'll be amazed by the spectacular 180-degree view of the sunrise over the volcano and the sunset over the Caribbean Sea. The expansive outdoor living room includes 2 comfortable seating areas featuring locally made mahogany furniture and Vietnamese-made tile found nowhere else on the island. The outdoor dining room seats 10. Inside the house, you'll find a spacious, fully stocked kitchen with Bosch appliances, a double oven, a 6-burner gas range, a wine fridge, and an eat-in dining area. Also in the public wing of the house is a comfortable home theater with games, books, a Sonos sound system, and an 85-inch Samsung smart tv.

Each of the 4 ensuite bedrooms has a king-sized bed with all-cotton and linen bedding. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the 2 downstairs bedrooms have air conditioning.
