Seascape is to die for, it boasts lots of indoor and outdoor space, beautifully furnished for comfort and entertainment. The AC cooled master suite is located poolside with a hall leading to the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, fully equipped and well furnished. A visitor’s powder room is located in the hall just off the open plan area. The villa has a separate 2 story wing which houses bedrooms 2&3, with a shared bathroom between them. The garage and laundry are located on the lower floor of this wing.

The long covered patio sits off the living dining area leading to a wide wraparound pool deck all of which are finely furnished. The tiled pool is comfortably sized for exercise swimming. The patio and pool area commands a wide-angle view of the sea with the water’s edge just a few feet away, providing breathtaking views of Nevis and Redonda and our wonderful Caribbean sunsets! Seascape guests spend much of their time sun lounging poolside, enjoying an evening BBQ, watching the shorebirds soaring along the cliff, or simply chilling, listening to the clapping waves nearby.

This property which is only rented short term comfortable sleeps six guests. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
